Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of SREs, taking ownership of hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and continuous performance management.
Own your team's execution across incident response, on-call schedules, and day-to-day production operations.
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support leadership to integrate reliable SRE practices into early planning and product delivery cycles.
Our team spends three days a week in the office (Tuesday-Thursday) to collaborate, solve problems, and learn from each other.
