Requirements
- Hands-on expertise in at least three of the following: Spark, Kafka, Databricks, Hadoop, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Apache NiFi, Delta Lake, Palantir Foundry.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance principles, including Foundry's ontology-based data model and delivering reliable data products from source to discovery.
- Experience working with federal agencies or large-scale enterprise data environments.
- Hands-on expertise in at least three of the following:
Nice to have
- Experience with DoD or Navy-specific data systems or environments.
- Familiarity with security and compliance standards (e.g., FISMA, FedRAMP, NIST) and Foundry's shared security responsibility model and privacy and civil liberty (PCL) standards.
- SAFe, AWS, Azure, or Snowflake certifications
- Palantir Foundry Solution Architect Associate Certification is highly desired.
- Master's degree or advanced certifications are preferred, including the Palantir Foundry Solution Architect Associate Certification.
- 7+ years of experience architecting and implementing big data solutions in complex environments
- experience with enterprise data platforms such as Palantir Foundry is strongly preferred.

- Navaide is leading the charge in modernizing data infrastructure and analytics for the public sector.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and sustainable technical solutions.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement Act as a trusted advisor to government clients on data modernization strategies.
- Communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing.
Compensation
