About the role
- You'll report to our General Counsel and be based out of our Flatiron (NYC) headquarters.
- We're in-office Monday through Thursday, with flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
Responsibilities
- Own gaming licensing across jurisdictions, including renewals, filings, and ongoing regulatory obligations
- Manage corporate, qualifier, and key employee licensing requirements
- Lead customer diligence and suitability reviews across gaming and prediction markets
- Partner with Fraud Operations, Product, and Technical Compliance to support compliant customer deployments
- Lead regulatory audits, examinations, and licensing inquiries
- Manage relationships with regulators, outside counsel, and licensing partners
- Build scalable compliance processes and controls that support Radar's growth
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in gaming law, licensing, compliance, or regulatory affairs
- Experience navigating regulated North American gaming markets
- Strong understanding of gaming licensing and regulatory frameworks
