Responsibilities
- Strategic Program Leadership: Define the program's strategic objectives in collaboration with client stakeholders. Develop and manage the integrated program plan, aligning technical requirements with business priorities, team capacity, and project timelines.
- Agile Framework & Execution: Architect, implement, and manage Agile framework for the program. Establish and facilitate the program's cadence, including Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and cross-pillar synchronization meetings.
- PI Planning & Facilitation: Lead the end-to-end Program Increment Planning process, from preparation and readiness to facilitation and follow-up, ensuring the creation of a committed and aligned plan for the Agile Release Train.
- Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify, track, and drive the resolution of program-level risks, and cross-team dependencies to ensure a smooth flow of value delivery.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication: Serve as the primary point of communication for program status, progress, and metrics. Prepare and present executive-level reports and steering documents to ensure transparency and alignment with all stakeholders.
- Versatile Contribution: Demonstrate flexibility by stepping in where needed to support migration coordination, change management, backlog organization, or Jira/Confluence administration to ensure program success.

Requirements
- Significant experience in a senior role such as Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, or Release Train Engineer, specifically leading large-scale cloud transformation or multi-cloud migration initiatives.
- English & French (Must Have)
Nice to have
- SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
