About the role
- Strategic Program Leadership: Define the program's strategic objectives in collaboration with client stakeholders.
- Establish and facilitate the program's cadence, including Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and cross-pillar synchronization meetings.
- Coaching & Mentorship: Provide expert guidance, mentorship, and coaching to Scrum Masters and agile teams.
Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and manage Agile framework for the program.
- Lead the end-to-end Program Increment Planning process, from preparation and readiness to facilitation and follow-up, ensuring the creation of a committed and aligned plan for the Agile Release Train.
- Proactively identify, track, and drive the resolution of program-level risks, and cross-team dependencies to ensure a smooth flow of value delivery.

Requirements
- Significant experience in a senior role such as Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, or Release Train Engineer, specifically leading large-scale cloud transformation or multi-cloud migration initiatives.
- English & French (Must Have)
- Language Preference: English & French (Must Have)
Nice to have
- SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
