About the role

Position: Local Operations Supervisor Location: hello82 NYC Work Hours: Between 10:30AM - 7:30PM Local Time This position will work directly with the Senior Management of Retail Operations to lead and grow the hello82 NYC Fan Space and oversee the team and its operations.

Lead daily Fan Space operations to drive customer volume, loyalty, and retention.
Develop and maintain vendor relationships in the local market to support space operations.
Lead, manage, and coach a team of 10+ employees.
Lead visual merchandising efforts, oversee space promotional campaigns, and ensure compelling merchandising to maximize customer engagement.
Build and nurture relationships while maintaining positive rapport with the local K-pop community.
Proven ability to lead a team of 10+ and work closely with project managers to create a welcoming and engaging environment for K-pop fans nationwide.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
