About the role
- Brafton is one of the world's leading content marketing firms, with offices in Boston, London, Toronto and Sydney.
- This is a remote, full-time contract position, and is open to candidates across Canada.
- We're seeking a detail-oriented, strategic, and creative Digital Experience Specialist to join our UX & Brand Experience team.
Responsibilities
- Lead content audits and create Keep-Update-Delete reports
- Develop intuitive navigation structures and information architecture
- Design and build website content using platforms such as WordPress (Elementor), HubSpot, Webflow, and others.
- Provide UX and CRO-focused feedback on wireframes and visual designs
- Co-lead the project delivery process alongside a Project Manager
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) reviews of built pages to ensure content accuracy, design consistency, and functional integrity across devices and browsers
- Propose and implement A/B and multivariate tests to support continuous improvement
- We aspire to continually raise the bar on what people consider "marketing content." We create result-focused strategies and content to drive SEO, social engagement and leads for our clients.
- Our teams continuously build expertise across new media formats, including video, blogs, infographics and web design.
- This is a keystone role focused on helping clients create goal-driven, user-centric websites that align with brand identity and drive measurable results.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills-written, verbal, and visual
- Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel)
- Working knowledge of UX, CRO, and content best practices
- Comfortable with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, and HubSpot
- Experience with visual page builders (e.g., Elementor, Webflow) is a strong plus
- Fluency in CSS is highly desirable
- Understanding of the modern digital marketing landscape
