Seneca Strategic Partners is searching for qualified candidates to fill part-time and on-call positions for role players at the U.S. Secret Service (USSS) James J.
As a role player, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the training experience by creating real-world tactical military training scenarios in direct support of professional instructors.

Must be organized and detail oriented.
Applicants must have a valid state issued driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
Prior driving experience required.
Candidates should possess a combination of formal education above the high school level and several years of work experience. Associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
Speak English at the eighth-grade level or above.
Be capable of meeting the USSS security requirements of this solicitation and pass a background check and drug screening.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, customer service oriented, foster teamwork, and promote safety. Must be organized and detail oriented.
Applicants must have a valid state issued driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. Prior driving experience required. Must pass a driver safety skills test.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and policies and procedure manuals.
Flexibility and availability to assist in creating a weekly schedule of shifts and scenarios.
Role players shall be able to stand and walk for a minimum of 60-minute intervals.
Role players shall be able to carry up to 20 pounds of training props during this timeframe.
In certain training scenarios, they shall be able to run up to 100 yards.

Role players are utilized as an integral part of basic training for special agent and Uniformed Division officer trainees, as well as advanced training for operational agents and officers in professional development.
