  • As the NY Commissioning Program Manager on the US Expansion Strategic Programs team, you will guide a technical team responsible for commissioning all facility systems to ensure operational readiness for manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Build commissioning processes, procedures, and qualification standards in partnership with Strategic Technical Program Management
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing technical team, including performance management, succession planning, and professional development
  • Maintain program KPIs, reporting, and communication with DOCs, project management, and key partners
  • Ensure compliance with design requirements, local codes, safety standards, and Micron policies throughout the commissioning lifecycle

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent technical experience
  • Proficiency with Autodesk tools (Revit), Microsoft Office, and cloud‑based commissioning systems
  • Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent technical experience
  • Strong understanding of cleanroom operations, process equipment, and facility utilities
