About the role
- We're seeking an experienced Scrum Master who understands the unique landscape of public health technology.
- We're looking for someone who brings both the technical skills of a Scrum Master and the lived experience of working in public health systems.
- We're looking for someone who can bring their whole self to work, managing time effectively while fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Support continuous improvement through retrospectives
- Maintain and improve project tracking and visibility
- We know transitioning from government and non-profit to consulting can be a big step, but we've designed our work environment to blend the best of both worlds.
Requirements
- Experience implementing SAFe methodologies
Skills
- Experience managing distributed teams
- Understanding of public health workflows and processes
- Knowledge of project management tools
- Background in health technology implementations
