Responsibilities

  • Present product, upgrade, and leasing solutions that deliver value
  • Manage opportunities and maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Customer-focused mindset with a drive to identify growth opportunities
  • As a Loyalty & Leasing Specialist, you'll help drive customer retention, renewals, and revenue growth through proactive customer outreach.
  • Engage customers to support renewals, leasing, and retention initiatives

  • Whether on-site, hybrid, or remote, our work environments are designed to support productivity and engagement.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Salesforce or other CRM platforms

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with sales tools, quoting processes, and performance metrics is a plus
