Manages overall status, risk/issues, dependencies within TRP and jointly with FIS program managers.
Builds consultative partnerships with business lead partners and FIS to identify opportunities to improve delivery and quality of product capabilities. Leads and facilitates change through others.
Leads and facilitates governance forums both within TRP and jointly with FIS.
Aligns delivery plans to contractual requirements, manages change controls, approves payments aligned to budget and oversees SLAs and other performance metrics.
Engages with RPS Client Services in support of go-to-market messaging for new product and experience release and readiness plans.

8+ years of total relevant work experience
Knowledge/experience of either: Operations, Product/Tech development, RPS business, Vendor Management, or Business Management
Experience managing large scale programs and navigating/influence broadly
FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Required:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
Preferred:
Desire to drive strategy, results and accountability across internal and external stakeholders

$133,000.00 - $227,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers

$133,000.00 - $227,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers
$146,000.00 - $250,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C.
$166,000.00 - $284,000.00 for the location of: New York, California
Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.
