Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to care coordination.
  • Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
  • Amazing Care Pediatric Outpatient Therapy, formerly known as Summit Pediatric Therapy, has been Colorado's trusted partner in pediatric care.
  • We proudly serve children from birth through age 21, offering Speech, Occupational, Feeding, and Physical Therapy in our warm, state-of-the-art clinics designed just for kids and their families.
  • You'll collaborate with licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) to help children reach developmental milestones through engaging, therapeutic care.

Requirements

  • Must be available for (10) 30-minute sessions Monday-Thursday and (8) 30-minute sessions on Fridays.
  • $35-$50/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday, no weekends, 4-10 schedule option available Shift Hours: Must be available for (10) 30-minute sessions Monday-Thursday and (8) 30-minute sessions on Fridays.

  • $35k-$50k

  • Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.

  • Clinic Operating Hours: Monday-Thursday Clinic is open from 8:00am-5:30pm and on Fridays 8:00am-2:00pm. * Flexible scheduling is available as long as the minimum session requirements are met.
