About the role

Responsibilities

  • Performs a variety of duties in the operation of the institution's facilities management work control system
  • Maintains accurate records of budgetary transactions, and collects invoices and work orders to prepare budget reports reflecting maintenance work expenditures

Requirements

  • General knowledge of methods, practices, production procedures, and equipment used on maintenance and operations crafts
  • Working knowledge of work control procedures
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
