The anticipated base salary range for the position in Los Angeles, CA is $205,000 - $250,000.

Design, develop, and implement accounting policies, procedures, and best practices.
Accountable to work with IT to develop, maintain, and enforce appropriate internal controls.
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with accurate financial data and insights.
Partner with executive leadership to provide financial guidance and support strategic decision‑making.
Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff to build a high‑performing team.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, HR, and other departments.
Ability to create and lead teams with the capability to inspire and guide a finance team including building new processes and procedures working across multiple stakeholder groups.
This end-to-end approach allows us to generate sustained value for the communities we support.
The Vice President will lead the Accounting function, overseeing all core accounting operations while ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting.

A deep understanding of operational processes and the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Proficiency in analyzing complex financial information, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive decision-making.
Strong understanding of real estate accounting and reporting systems.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
Knowledge of industry standard reporting metrics including MOIC, TVPI, IRRs and time weighted returns.
Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting management.
Experience working with Yardi or equivalent accounting system required.

The anticipated base salary range for the position in Los Angeles, CA is $205,000 - $250,000.
Actual base salary considers several factors including but not limited to geography, job-related knowledge, experience, and budget.
The start of the salary range is typically associated with the minimum experience required.
