Responsibilities
- Fellows are entry-level contributors who are developed over these 9-months to be equipped to take the lead on projects in the future.
- Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ, maintains a courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people within and outside of Compassion, and faithfully upholds Compassion's ministry in prayer.
- Reports any concerns of abuse, neglect, or exploitation of children through Compassion's internal reporting process and appropriately supports responses to incidents if they occur.
- Support the development of Compassion's Mission Impact Report and other reports by analyzing, synthesizing, and communicating evidence of ministry impact.
- Help develop presentations, reports, and other communication products that effectively convey findings and impact stories.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to develop clear, concise reports and summaries.

Compensation
- The expected salary range for this position is $29.29 - $34.42.

- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Monitoring and Evaluation, Public Health, Education, International Development, Social Sciences, Statistics, Research Methods, or a related field.
- Foundational knowledge of monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) concepts, frameworks, and practices.
- Master's degree or graduate-level coursework in monitoring and evaluation, research methods, international development, public health, or a related field.
