Responsibilities

  • Fellows are entry-level contributors who are developed over these 9-months to be equipped to take the lead on projects in the future.
  • Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
  • Is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ, maintains a courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people within and outside of Compassion, and faithfully upholds Compassion's ministry in prayer.
  • Reports any concerns of abuse, neglect, or exploitation of children through Compassion's internal reporting process and appropriately supports responses to incidents if they occur.
  • Support the development of Compassion's Mission Impact Report and other reports by analyzing, synthesizing, and communicating evidence of ministry impact.
  • Help develop presentations, reports, and other communication products that effectively convey findings and impact stories.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to develop clear, concise reports and summaries.

Compensation

  • The expected salary range for this position is $29.29 - $34.42.

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Monitoring and Evaluation, Public Health, Education, International Development, Social Sciences, Statistics, Research Methods, or a related field.
  • Foundational knowledge of monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) concepts, frameworks, and practices.
  • Master's degree or graduate-level coursework in monitoring and evaluation, research methods, international development, public health, or a related field.
