About the role

  • The candidates will be expected to teach undergraduate labs (primarily General Chemistry I & II as well as possibly Organic Chemistry I & II) and possibly some lectures.
  • The PENS department offers undergraduate degrees in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Geology, Atmospheric Science, and Physics.

Requirements

  • Candidates must have a Master's or PhD degree in chemistry or at least 18 hours of graduate level chemistry courses.
  • The lecture courses would be dependent on the area of expertise (background) of the candidate.

  • Job Duties: The candidates will be expected to teach undergraduate labs (primarily General Chemistry I & II as well as possibly Organic Chemistry I & II) and possibly some lectures. The lecture courses would be dependent on the area of expertise (background) of the candidate.
