Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain DARTS workflows, templates, and routing procedures that support intelligence production and dissemination requirements.
  • Design and implement DARTS workflows that streamlines intelligence product development, coordination, and dissemination processes.
  • Utilize DARTS capabilities to track intelligence requirements, manage tasking processes, and monitor collection and analytical efforts.
  • Implement tracking mechanisms that provide visibility into requirement satisfaction and identify gaps requiring attention.
  • Utilize DARTS collaboration features to support cross-organizational intelligence production efforts and information sharing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree +8 years of relevant experience or 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • Requires direct experience with the DIA Administrative Requirements Tasking System (DARTS).​ At least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Depending on project requirements, may be required to work within a compressed schedule

Nice to have

  • Master's degree 12+ years of experience with directly related with experience noted General Factors: Depending on project requirements, may be required to work within a compressed schedule
  • more than 40-hour work weeks should be expected when schedules demand it.
  • Willing to travel, if needed.
  • Must be able to sit/stand at a desk for long-periods and must be able to lift 20 pounds occasionally.
  • Must be able to multi-task and rapidly change priorities with limited notice.
