About the role

  • TTI Power Equipment, has an opening in its Anderson, SC office for a Supply Planner that is responsible for maintaining an accurate Production, Sales, and Inventory Plan to support company and customer expectations within acceptable inventory targets. Responsibilities

  • Define inventory needs to support customer replenishment and event execution
  • Successfully deliver New Product through the stages of Capacity Evaluation, Ramp Up Production & In Market Delivery
  • Maintain reports critical to business function, including financial forecast, inventory projections, and service performance
  • Capture failures, root cause, corrective action, and document accountability
  • Build relationships throughout supply chain to recognize and address process improvement opportunities
  • Facilitate Global Capacity Planning to deliver aggressive 98% SL, and assess capacity expansion needs

Requirements

  • 2-4 years supply chain experience and related experience with retail sales, marketing, transportation, distribution, purchasing, or manufacturing.
  • Strong attention to detail required
  • Ability to work in a process driven environment where priorities change rapidly with firm deadlines
  • Ability to travel periodically as needed
  • Define factory orders to ensure an adequate supply of finished product for required forecasted demand

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Operations, or related field preferred OR equivalent experience.
  • SAP Experience a plus
