About the role

  • Our Round Rock, TX business unit is growing!
  • We have a rewarding opportunity for and Program Manager.
  • As our Program Manager, you are a key member of the Curtiss-Wright - Order/Project Management team, reporting to the Director of Order/Project Management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage order/project from initial placement to final delivery and resolve any issues during the process.
  • Identify, develop and implement recovery plans for high-risk, off-schedule or unanticipated events.
  • Supports achieving positive cost and schedule variances on orders
  • Maintain an active list of all assigned orders/projects

Nice to have

  • 3-5+ years within Project Management.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in program management, business management/administration, or related field is preferred.
  • PMP or equivalent is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP system required.
  • Ability to read engineering prints preferred.

Compensation

  • $108,900 - $145,200 annually, plus bonus
