Responsibilities
- Analyze data to determine needs & develop individualized care plans
- update care plans based on progression and pathway as well as manage care delivery
- Your capacity to collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and promote the highest standards of care and safety is critical to the mission of Nursing in HSS.
Requirements
- BSN from an accredited school of nursing required
- 1+ years' of acute care experience
- NYS RN license and registration required
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certification required
Nice to have
- HCAHPS/EPIC knowledge preferred
- Critical care experience preferred
Compensation
- The base pay scale for this position is $70.19 - $78.26.
- The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation.
