Responsibilities

  • Own regional fulfillment escalations that have reached Tier 3 escalation level or require executive level management.
  • Drive aligned recovery actions across Planning, Procurement/SAM, FSO, GCC, Spares Execution, and Site teams.
  • Facilitate decision‑making on allocation, substitution, recovery plans, and customer commitments Ensure accountability and follow‑through across all stakeholders without owning day‑to‑day transactional execution Provide clear, consistent communication package to all stakeholders involved within the escalation including partners within impacted regional fulfillment team.
  • Help institutionalize consistent regional fulfillment processes, tools, and governance Manage cross-functional projects within Fulfillment and Operations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
  • Identify gaps in fulfillment process and drive containment and long term corrective actions for process improvements Functional Knowledge Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
  • Understands supply / demand signals Develop basic knowledge of AMAT products Business Expertise Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work Has knowledge of semiconductor equipment industry and customer expectations Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
