About the role

  • The Regional On Premise Manager (ROPM) is responsible for the On Premise development of the brand in the province of British Columbia.
  • Achieved by leading all THREE (3) On Premise Managers (Musketeers/Scouts) effectively and managing and optimizing the available resources to achieve Business Plan objectives.
  • Assume and live the Red Bull On Premise Culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage territory and team to drive horizontal and vertical growth by putting the national On Premise strategy into practice.
  • Plan and continuously develop their regional business plan while securing the implementation and execution of plan within the region.
  • Coach, lead and train Musketeers on observed job-based strengths and opportunities.
  • Develop individual Musketeer targets to ensure regional KPI achievement and drive a high-performance culture.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English, additional language skills are an asset.
  • Minimum of three (3) years sales experience with a strong history of success.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.

Compensation

  • The expected annual base salary range for this position is $103,700 to $105,200.
  • The actual base salary for this position will depend on various factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's qualifications, skills, experience and work location.
