About the role
- Residential Electrician Install and Remodel Division Milwaukee, WI Current Electric is hiring an experienced Residential Electrician to join our Install and Remodel team.
- This role is ideal for a highly skilled electrician who takes pride in craftsmanship, works independently, and is ready to grow into a leadership role within a growing division.
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical layout, installation, troubleshooting, and finish work
- Support apprentices and less experienced technicians on jobsites
- Maintain jobsite safety and ensure NEC and company standard compliance
- You will work alongside a supportive team that values craftsmanship, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement while providing opportunities to grow into Lead, Foreman, and Supervisor roles.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of residential or light commercial electrical experience
- Ability to read blueprints and plan work efficiently

Compensation
- Up to $50.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
- 401(k) with company match
- Choice of 8 or 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
- Optional four-day workweek
