About the role

- Coordinates cases requiring multi-specialty physicians/surgeons, utilization of an assistant surgeon, or physician assistant.
Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support by answering phones, scheduling patient appointments, and triaging patient phone calls.
- Maintains and updates physicians' schedules, coordinates patient procedures, and provides hospital information as applicable.

- High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
- Demonstrated ability to communicate by reading, writing legibly, speaking and comprehending English effectively in order to carry out job requirements [Required]
- Certain positions are subject to Florida Level 2 background screening, including fingerprinting, as required by state law.
Nice to have
- CPR Cert (BLS) [Preferred]
