Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Data Science and Product teams to enhance performance and insights
- We're looking for an Inpatient Coding & Clinical Data Specialist to help drive coding accuracy, data integrity, and product innovation.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of inpatient coding experience
- Ability to translate complex coding concepts into clear insights
- Strong understanding of coding regulations, documentation guidelines, and industry trends
Nice to have
- CCS,CIC and / or CDIP required (CCDS preferred)
- Experience working cross-functionally
