About the role
- This role is focused on the Stateful vertical and involves designing high-information density, configurable systems for B2B platforms.
Responsibilities
- Dashboard and data visualization design
- Contribution to and stewardship of the design system
- Design specifications and close collaboration with engineering through implementation
- The Senior/Staff UX Designer will own the end-to-end user experience across BrightAI's product surfaces - physical hardware devices, mobile applications, and web dashboards.
- As a senior/staff IC, this person sets the bar for design quality, mentors other designers, and shapes how design operates across the company.
- 7+ years of UX design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating shipped products across multiple platforms
- Experience defining and maintaining design systems and component libraries
- Experience leading design reviews, mentoring junior designers, or contributing to hiring
Nice to have
- Strong experience designing B2B products and platforms, with a focus on data visualization, geospatial visualization, and visual experiences that are immersive and interactive.
- Experience designing web portals or dashboards with complex data visualization, analytics, or infographics
- Mobile application UX experience across iOS and Android
- Experience designing for AI-driven products or systems where outputs are probabilistic or generative
- Experience designing white-label platforms where the UI adapts across multiple tenants or brands
- Experience with conversational, voice, or multimodal interfaces
- Experience designing UX for physical hardware devices, including onboarding, connectivity, setup, and data flow interactions
