About the role
- Please Note: - No relocation assistance is offered for this position. - The role is based on our Boston HUB located at 1001 Boylston Street.
- Our hybrid working model is 3 days office/2 days home weekly.
Requirements
- Proven organizational skills to prioritize and deadlines efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Experience in benefits administration, with a focus on employee leave and accommodations.
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel for managing benefits of data and identifying process improvements.
- Knowledge of US laws governing employee benefits and accommodations, with familiarity in Canadian and/or Brazilian benefits as a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with employees, third-party vendors, and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills to navigate complex leave and accommodation cases with empathy and professionalism.
- Attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in benefits administration.

- Compensation
- The salary for this position has a range of $96,326.00 - $144,488.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
