Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle closing experience in SaaS or AI, with a quota record above 100%
- Coachability with a track record: be ready to name the coaching that changed your numbers
Compensation
- OTE (Base+Bonus+Comission): $150K - $250K
- You'll close a high number of deals per year while building the expansion plays that grow initial purchases into larger, repeatable revenue.
- Run a high-velocity, full-cycle sales motion across inbound and outbound - closing 30-50 deals per year
- Velocity evidence: 20+ closed deals per year, multi-channel prospecting, and disciplined qualification
