About the role
- The Client Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end collections process across a complex portfolio of accounts.
- This role ensures timely and accurate payment while maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage End-to-End Collections Process
- Perform reconciliations using SAP and Excel
- Manage client conversations and deliver cadenced reporting
- Partner with Billing, Risk, Legal, Operations
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required
- 2+ years collections / AR / billing required
- Applicants will be required to undergo a background check only if and after a conditional offer of employment has been extended.
Nice to have
- SAP or ERP experience preferred
- Complex billing environment experience preferred

Compensation
- The hiring base salary range for this position is $49,100 to $67,540 annually.
