- Coordinate system-related initiatives involving Shared Services, operations, finance, safety, training, project controls, and IT.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, implementation, and improvement of key business systems across Hall Group.
- Data, Reporting, and Analytics Support
- Support enterprise data and reporting initiatives.
- Support the development of dashboards, reports, and reporting processes that improve visibility into operational, financial, workforce, safety, training, and project performance.
- Coordinate data integration and reporting initiatives with internal teams and external partners.
- Support the identification, testing, and adoption of practical AI and technology solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Support practical construction technology initiatives where they align with operational needs and business priorities.
- Help build internal comfort and capability with new tools through training, documentation, and user support.
- Support implementation projects from planning through rollout, training, adoption, and stabilization.
- Develop clear process documentation, user guides, quick reference materials, and training supports.
Requirements
- Experience with ERP, HRIS, LMS, project management systems, reporting tools, field systems, construction technology platforms, Power BI, automation, AI use cases, or system integrations is considered an asset.
- Previous experience leading staff, coordinating team priorities, or supporting employee development is considered an asset.
- 6 to 10 years of progressive experience in business systems, data and reporting, technology implementation, process improvement, project controls, operations support, or digital transformation.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Technology, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience in construction, civil infrastructure, engineering, equipment, manufacturing, logistics, or another project-based operational environment is strongly preferred.
- Experience coordinating vendors, consultants, technical teams, business users, and internal stakeholders is preferred.
Skills
- Strong understanding of business systems, data quality, reporting logic, process improvement, and technology adoption.
- Ability to assess whether a technology solution is practical, scalable, user-friendly, and likely to be adopted.
- Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong communicator with the ability to explain systems, data, and technology concepts to non-technical users.
- Practical, service-oriented, and focused on business value.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Able to influence without relying solely on authority.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operationally complex environment with ambiguity, while helping bring structure and clarity.
