Responsibilities
- You'll work closely with senior team members to build and deepen relationships with institutional clients and support the process end to end, from initial conversations through ongoing support.
- Support, build and cultivate strong relationships with institutional clients, working both independently and in close collaboration with the Growth team to establish trust
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and clearly communicate Ethic's value proposition, products, and sustainability approach
- Partner with more senior team members to help accelerate client onboarding and contribution to AUM growth
- Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Investments, Product, Client Success, and leadership to deliver a seamless and high-quality client experience
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, drive automation, and enhance the overall client experience

Requirements
- You are driven, possess a strong work ethic, a bias towards action, and a desire to win as a team.
- You can communicate clearly and concisely in a variety of mediums.
- You have 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role within a financial services firm
- You have a genuine interest in sustainable and impact-focused investing
Compensation
- Annual $600 wellness & education stipend
- Annual $1,000 professional development reimbursement
- Compensation at Ethic is a combination of base salary, equity (stock options) in the company, and benefits.
- The base salary for this role will range from $110,000-$120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside a competitive variable compensation package.
