About the role
- Our guest service associates are the "front line" of our hotel team, interacting the most with guests and often having the greatest impact on the overall guest experience.
- As a member of the guest services team, your work at the front desk is critical to ensuring that our guests have a fantastic stay from arrival to departure.
Requirements
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities at once.

- A positive attitude and a commitment to working as a team to deliver excellent service.
- Flexible schedule - weekdays, weekends, and holidays (weekend/holiday availability required).
- Passionate about delivering excellent guest service in every guest interaction.
- Comfortable working as the only front desk agent on shift most of the time.
- Strong computer skills, organization skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (important both for guests and internal collaboration).
- Able to handle stressful situations and solve problems in a calm, professional manner.
- Physically able to perform all responsibilities including but not limited to bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Able to successfully pass a drug test and background check.

Compensation
- Performance reviews (with raise eligibility) at 3 months, 6 months, then every 6 months.
