About the role

  • The Senior Director, Technology & Digital Platforms will serve as the senior leader responsible for all software development, technology infrastructure, data engineering, and AI innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full software lifecycle: architecture, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Lead the design and evolution of applications, and internal digital tools.
  • Drive innovation in automation, cloud services, AI/ML, and data-driven product capabilities.
  • Partner with product and business teams to translate needs into scalable software solutions.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies across software and hardware.
  • Implement KPIs and operational metrics to measure system performance, uptime, and delivery velocity.
  • Develop a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with business goals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, technology operations, or systems architecture.
  • Deep expertise in software languages such as Python, including modern frameworks and tooling.
  • Experience implementing cybersecurity frameworks and managing risk across software and hardware environments.
  • Strong experience designing, building, and integrating APIs, with a preference for RESTful API architectures.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across software and hardware domains.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
  • The hiring range for this position is $180,000 to $225,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. A bonus and/or incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, dental, vision, 401k, and other benefits.

Compensation

  • The hiring range for this position is $180,000 to $225,000 per year.
