About the role

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 32 - 32 hour day shift position with varied days and shifts (8-430 or 830-5) including every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) 7am to 330pm and alternating holidays.
Responsible for registering patients and updating information in the patient's electronic medical record.
License/Certification: N/A Age Specific Criteria: Ability to effectively communicate to all age levels served within the scope of the position/assigned areas.

Ability to think critically in making decisions to ensure urgent or emergent situations are handled correctly within hospital policies and procedures.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Excellent guest relations and telephone demeanor
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent computer skills
Minimum two years of computer experience
Minimum one to two years of experience in an acute hospital setting
Knowledge of medical terminology
