About the role

The successful candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task and a commitment to fully engaging and embracing an educational and inclusive environment.

Leads athletic department efforts and programming in the areas of holistic student-athlete development, leadership development, career development and campus engagement and social responsibility.
Opportunity for sport program oversight as the Sport Program Administrator or Secondary Sport Program Administrator to support and oversee team/s as assigned. Will be based on experience.
Develops student-athlete newsletter/communications.
Partners with administrative staff to provide communication updates to teams.
Performs other related work as needed.
Collaborates with academic divisions in educating students on safety issues.

Master's degree in related field.
Provide timely and accurate system of completing mandated forms, reports, assessments, and audits as required by various agencies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Highly organized with ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Understanding of the collegiate athletic environment within a rigorous academic setting.
Commitment to enriching the lives of student-athletes and enhancing their experience.

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 The included pay rate or range represents the University's good faith estimate of the possible compensation offer for this role at the time of posting.
