About the role
- The successful candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task and a commitment to fully engaging and embracing an educational and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
- Leads athletic department efforts and programming in the areas of holistic student-athlete development, leadership development, career development and campus engagement and social responsibility.
- Opportunity for sport program oversight as the Sport Program Administrator or Secondary Sport Program Administrator to support and oversee team/s as assigned. Will be based on experience.
- Develops student-athlete newsletter/communications.
- Partners with administrative staff to provide communication updates to teams.
- Performs other related work as needed.
- Collaborates with academic divisions in educating students on safety issues.
- The Department of Athletics & Recreation maintains an environment that supports the student athletes' commitment to thriving academically and athletically.
Requirements
- include a college or university degree in related field.
- Master's degree in related field.
- Provide timely and accurate system of completing mandated forms, reports, assessments, and audits as required by various agencies.

Compensation
- $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 The included pay rate or range represents the University's good faith estimate of the possible compensation offer for this role at the time of posting.

- Coordinates Aims of Athletics annual programming.
- Interprets student disciplinary issues and prepares an annual university summary of disciplinary actions.
