- The role of an Install Technician II plays a pivotal role in the successful installation and implementation of security systems, ensuring that our clients' needs are met with the highest level of quality and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain a wide range of security systems, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and other security technologies.
- Perform system tests and inspections to ensure the installed systems operate efficiently and meet quality standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all installation activities, including wiring diagrams, configuration settings, and project documentation.
- Provide training and technical support to clients on system operation and functionality, addressing any concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Lenel OnGuard Certification is required.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent
- technical or vocational training in electronics or related field is preferred.
- Ability to program Lenel and Milestone systems is preferred.
