Responsibilities
- The Lead Instructor of a Concordia Language Villages Government/Military program i s responsible for the development and implementation of a language-specific, two- and three-week-long residential iso-immersion program in accordance with client-specified expectations.
- Planning and implementation the program curriculum, Assisting with staff recruitment and interviewing, Budget/expense tracking, Some public relations, and Interacting with the support staff from operations support areas at the Language Villages.
- The lead instructor reports to the Director of External Relations and Strategic Initiatives (who oversees the program), is responsible for managing the instructional team as a cohesive, collaborative team, and interfaces with the CLV administrative team as a whole.
