The Lead Instructor of a Concordia Language Villages Government/Military program i s responsible for the development and implementation of a language-specific, two- and three-week-long residential iso-immersion program in accordance with client-specified expectations.
Planning and implementation the program curriculum, Assisting with staff recruitment and interviewing, Budget/expense tracking, Some public relations, and Interacting with the support staff from operations support areas at the Language Villages.
The lead instructor reports to the Director of External Relations and Strategic Initiatives (who oversees the program), is responsible for managing the instructional team as a cohesive, collaborative team, and interfaces with the CLV administrative team as a whole.
