Responsibilities
- Support provider scheduling, calendar updates, appointment templates, and related workflow requests
- Provide first-level support for clinical applications, including user access, configuration, workflow, and functionality questions
- Monitor and manage Clinical Systems support requests through the support queue
- Partner with clinics, internal teams, and vendors to provide timely support and resolve issues
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Nice to have
- eClinicalWorks experience is a plus

- One to two years of experience in healthcare, EMR support, help desk, customer service, or a related support role preferred
- Familiarity with EMR systems, provider scheduling, clinical workflows, or healthcare operations
- Desire to learn, collaborate, and grow within healthcare technology
