About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our organic TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, newsletter, and Wikipedia page, and other social media platforms as needed.

Responsibilities

Content Calendar Management: Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure the timely publication of content across all platforms.
Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement social media strategies, set KPIs, and manage budgets for campaigns (e.g., campaign launches, promotions).
Provide administrative support to the marketing team, such as organizing files, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.

Requirements

Competent graphic design skills with proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Experience with video editing tools and content creation for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

Nice to have

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.
Proficiency in Spanish preferred

Skills

Using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Suite, Canva, and native platforms to craft authentic, on-brand content and write post copy.
