  • Your Team, Your Impact The HR M&A function is a key enabler of Marvell's growth, leading the integration of talent, culture, and organizational capabilities across mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Support HR due diligence activities by collecting, organizing, and validating people ‑ related data from target companies.
  • Coordinate cross ‑ functional meetings, track action items, and maintain project documentation across all M&A phases.
  • Update project plans, timelines and drive results to ensure HR deliverables remain on schedule.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for leaders and HR partners within acquired companies, ensuring clear communication and a positive employee experience.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and consultants to support delivery and timelines.
  • Support Day 1 readiness activities, including onboarding logistics, communication planning, and employee ‑ facing resources.
  • Our interviews are designed to evaluate your individual experience, thought process, and communication skills in real time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, project coordination, operations, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with productivity and project tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet's similar).
  • As such, applicants must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under applicable law.
  • Marvell may be required to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce and/or the U.S. Department of State.

Nice to have

  • Deep expertise in M&A and divestiture experience preferred
  • Experience working with external vendors or consultants preferred.
  • "Proficiency in using AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, analysis, or output quality is preferred." ( Claude, Glean, Copilot, similar)

  • Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
