Responsibilities
- Support the PM team to resolve contractual issues on existing contracts, acting to identify and mitigate actual and/or potential problems.
- Develop and maintain the image and perception of the business and ensure it is known both internally and externally for its exceptional service.
- Develop and maintain close business relationships with clients' senior operational personnel and management teams to align delivery requirements / standards with client expectations.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of technical Electrical Distribution design experience.
Requirements
- Travel as required to project sites and meet with clients during the lifecycle of the project.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (civil or electrical preferred).

- Oversee the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the distribution team from proposal to project delivery.
- Continually seek to improve on performance levels by taking advantage of innovative technology and anticipating changes in Market practices, industry trends, process trends.
- Owner of strategic client relationships, key account growth, client satisfaction, and market expansion.
