About the role

  • In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems.
  • The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and capable of handling large volumes of information with a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Sorts and prepares all documents for data entry.
  • Maintains records relating to the movement of inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Accurately enters all documents, ensuring they are complete and ready for processing in Aspire.
  • Supports with label creations
  • Performs other related duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently to meet company deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Familiar with BarTender Software (not mandatory but preferred)
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Time management and multitasking ability

Nice to have

  • Ability to use other platforms, such as Fedex, UPS, EDI Providers
  • Locates and corrects any data entry errors.
  • This position is required to exchange information with other employees of the organization and possibly external contacts.
  • May make delivery appointments for inbound shipments and update the receiving log (Appointment Log) for Operations.
  • May make pick up appointments for outbound shipments and update the shipping log for Operations.
  • Assists with administrative duties.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus)
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred
