Responsibilities
- Operate as a true GM leading sales, services, support that aligns parent-company dependencies into a single, accountable operating rhythm
- Optimize post-sales execution by driving consistent deployments, adoption, and renewal readiness across Public Sector accounts
- Manage overall expense to revenue targets
- Work closely with the parent to drive the overall Public Sector product roadmap and align any support needed from the shared services teams
- Maintain positive evaluations from relevant government agencies such as DCSA
- Demonstrated ability to manage directly and delegate effectively across all areas of responsibilities
- Create a culture of trust and accountability within Collibra Public Sector
- Know when to build consensus and when to maintain autonomy

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
