Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the operational support structure the core Retail Americas team needs to execute an ambitious roadmap across LATAM, Canada, and select emerging U.S. channel opportunities.
- Own specific Retail Americas programs running the full program lifecycle end-to-end: roadmap, resourcing, risk, and stakeholder management.
- Lead cross-functional coordination with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, IT, Legal, and Logistics to ensure seamless execution of market entry and retail programs
- Identify and assess risks specific to emerging market launches - regulatory, logistical, cultural - and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program-related matters with internal stakeholders and external retail partners in market
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational gaps and implementing scalable processes and tools across markets

Requirements
- We would love to have you on our team if you have:
- Deep retail expertise - account management, channel marketing, retail execution, and/or retail digital marketing
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving project goals and objectives.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, preferably experience working in JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and Google Docs
- Willingness to travel as required to oversee program operations, build relationships, and represent the organization.
