About the role
- Monday and Friday work from home if you choose to, Tuesday through Thursday you'll work in office. - As a Sentry associate, you will have an in-office workspace and materials for your home office.

Responsibilities
- Manage their own underwriting book of business.
- Collaborate with other business areas to ensure service and quality objectives are met. Build and maintain effective working relationships with underwriters, sales agents and brokers.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned from time to time.
- Provides support to Underwriters by handling a variety of tasks needed for their evaluation of new and renewal business.
- As an Assistant Underwriter- Transportation, you'll work closely with other Business Products functions and interacts daily with the product and premium services, premium audit, safety sciences, accounting, and operations support units to ensure service and quality objectives are met.
Requirements
- Maintain privacy and confidentiality requirements as required by legislation.
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
Nice to have
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
- 3 years preferred.
