About the role

Requirements
- Must have a strong understanding of Cath Lab procedures, supplies and workflow!
- This is an excellent part-time opportunity for an experienced Cath Lab RN who is ready to step away from the demands of a hands-on procedural role while still utilizing their Cath Lab knowledge and expertise.
- MHHS hires RNs based on years of experience groupings. (i.e. newly licensed RN [working under the supervision of RN clinical preceptor], less than 1 year, 1-3 years, 3 to 10 and 10+).
- Must have BSN, 2 or more years of RN Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology experience.
Nice to have
- Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing
- Bachelors of Nursing preferred
Skills
- RN I Principal Accountabilities
- Coordinates treatment plans; develops/implements discharge and/or transfer plans.
- Participates in a systemic, interdisciplinary, and ongoing evaluation of programs, process improvement and desired client-centered outcomes.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
- Adheres to all regulatory and Texas Board of Nursing standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
