About the role
- Manufacturing Quality Engineer The Manufacturing Quality Engineer will report directly to the Quality Manager.
- You will actively participate in defect prevention, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions while working cross-functionally to improve product reliability and manufacturability.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain PFMEA and control plans Perform workstation and process audits Support First Article Inspection (FAI) and NPI validation Investigate internal & external quality issues Lead root cause analysis and drive the CAPA process (8D, 5-Why) Manage the shop floor NCR process.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve FPY Collaborate with supplier quality and design engineering teams to communicate systemic continuous improvement needs in the upstream processes.
- Support customer quality requirements and reporting Participate in daily management and Gemba activities to monitor work-cell level quality performance and communicate customer issues related to the work cell.
- Quality Systems & Compliance: Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System Maintain proper document control and process traceability Generate and report applicable quality KPIs Experience /

Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Excellent communication and teamwork
Skills
- Majority of spent on the manufacturing floor Frequent interaction with production and engineering teams
Compensation
- The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 66900.00-124300.00
