Responsibilities
- They know how to build and implement strategic programs that generate meaningful results for multiple clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships throughout the organization and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Deliver high-quality written and verbal content and present persuasively.
- Bring a big-picture view to developing and executing strategic programs that meet clients' business and marketing goals, predicting and planning outcomes, and directing efforts for meaningful results.
- Support clients during crisis situations with clear, concise strategies and recommendations.
- Manage financial metrics, including utilization, scopes, and profitability.
- Lead new business efforts to acquire new clients, including research and proposal preparation.
- Be able to effectively develop media materials that follow AP style and are aligned with client strategy.
