About the role
- As the eighth member of our engineering team, your work will serve as the foundation for the Prosper Health telehealth platform for years to come.
- You'll work closely with our Head of Engineering, our world-class engineering team and product designer, the rest of the founding team, clinical providers, and clients.
Responsibilities
- Clinician tooling - provide the tech stack so that clinicians can deliver best-in-class care that is driven by data and metrics.
- We're a high-ownership, mission-driven team, building something that has never existed for autistic and neurodivergent adults.
Nice to have
- Excited by an early stage environment and being one of the first engineering employees
- Basic proficiency with React or a similar frontend framework
- Comfortable working across the stack
- In-person 2-4 days per week in our Chelsea (NYC) office preferred but open to virtual for the right candidate
- 4+ years of experience, ideally with some experience at a startup
Skills
- Typescript monorepo
- Node.js / Fastify
- Supabase for Postgres, auth, and storage
- tRPC for our typesafe API
- Prisma for our ORM
- AI appointment transcript analysis - improve client care and automatically follow up on pressing issues.
- Easy client intake - the client experience should be seamless, and clients should only talk to a human if they want to.
- React
- Scrappy, self-directed, detail oriented, and with strong communication skills
