About the role

Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day EHS operations of a fast-paced engineering and test facility along with nearby prototype sites.
- Develop, implement, and manage EHS programs and associated training.
- Lead EHS review process including risk assessments and job hazard analyses for complex engineering operations.
- Lead pre-startup safety reviews for commissioning complex equipment and systems.
- Support hazard communication, chemical hygiene, and chemical safety programs.
- Support industrial hygiene program including exposure assessments.
- Lead regular safety committee and emergency response team meetings.
- Support incident response, investigation, and root cause analysis.
Nice to have
- 7+ years experience in EHS.
- Experience in engineering environments is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
